Jacky has held a lifelong fascination with the benefits of Eastern health practices, including Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Following her desire and passion, she completed 5 years of Teacher Training Courses qualifying her to teach people of all ages and fitness levels the art of harnessing ‘chi’ which is essential for health and vitality.
In addition to Chi Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung, Jacky is also a qualified and experienced leader of mindfulness practices and meditation, which helps to increase the ability to calm the mind and enhance the overall quality of life.
Jacky is also qualified to provide Indian Head Massage as a therapy, the use of crystals for healing and is a Reiki Master. She is also a member of the Mindfulness Association and is a post graduate student on the MSc Mindfulness programme.
Jacky currently teaches Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Meditation in regular classes as well as on retreats and workshops. She has been teaching Chi Yoga at Woodside Osteopathic Clinic in Hitchin for 18 months and can work on an individual basis, either with Chi Yoga or a combination of energy movements for strength and wellbeing.
