Joanna says ‘I understand that asking for help can be difficult and contacting a counsellor may feel scary.  That’s why from your first contact I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental and friendly space for you to explore your difficulties.  Talking to a counsellor can give you a different perspective on a situation.   We’ll draw on your past and present to find new ways to move forward for the best future for you’.
