Max Manlay

Physical Therapist (Exercise Rehabilitation & Soft Tissue Massage)

Max ManlayMax has always had a keen interest in health and fitness for as long as he can remember. Since being at school, all he seemed to be interested in was playing sport and running around, anything to avoid being stuck indoors.

This naturally led to a competitive sporting background, playing anything from tennis and cricket to rowing and rugby. Max was selected to play for the Saracens first rugby team for 2 years. Naturally Max experienced a few injuries during his sporting life and this led him to find his passion for health.

Max personally went to see a wide range of therapists for his injuries, with Osteopathy being the only therapy which offered him relief and long standing recovery - This pushed him in pursuing his Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the renowned British College of Osteopathic Medicine in which he is entering his fourth and final year.

Alongside being a qualified soft tissue therapist, Max has had a career as a personal trainer for 8 years and has trained and consulted with a range of clientele from corporate CEO’s and stay-at-home parents to professional actors, models and athletes. He now provides exercise prescription for prevention & rehabilitation of injuries and soft tissue treatment for relief to painful and aching muscles all working alongside Osteopathic treatment.
Max can often be seen studying or training outside or in the gym!
