Annie qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London with a double distinction, first class Masters degree in Osteopathic Medicine.
Annie approaches patients with a 360 perspective; considering all aspects of health and wellbeing in order to find the root cause of the issue. She uses this approach alongside her hands on techniques that include joint manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue techniques, hydrotherapy, sports taping and exercise rehabilitation.
Annie also has a keen interest in pain perception, a topic she studied and researched extensively during her Masters research. She also takes pleasure in delivering talks and workshops on wellbeing that she hopes to deliver to schools, workplaces and beyond over the upcoming years.
Annie has received numerous awards over her academic studies, including clinical excellence 2018 and 2019 and the Institute of Osteopathy Rising Star Award 2019. Annie has a huge passion for what she does which is reflected in her exceptional clinic feedback and patient outcomes. She always puts the patient first and strives to go above and beyond wherever possible.
In her spare time, Annie will be found horse riding through the Hertfordshire countryside or enjoying a coffee and cake with friends!
