Pilates combines core stability, yoga and dance to compliment the natural alignment of the body.

It has a slow, controlled method which helps improve your awareness of the body and balance strength against flexibility. Although it is ideal for athletes to help enhance their performance and recover from injury it can also be beneficial to just about everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

It is recommended by osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practitioners as a great way of maintaining strength safely in your muscles. Pilates is fast becom- ing one of the safest forms of exercise around!


Terms and Conditions for Pilates


Payment is for your place in the Group Session that you have enrolled onto.
Payment must be taken prior to sessions and paid per block at reception.

£60 per 6wk block

Unfortunately NO REFUNDS are given if you're unable to attend.
A MINIMUM of 48hrs notice must be given if you wish to cancel either a class or PT session.
An extra Catch-up session will be re-sheduled on a different date/time where/if possible.
